Patscher Mårpånunooss (Tschintierst: p-cher-mr-p-nu-nós-fo-nonid) was an Tzalist agitator and revolutionary during the Years of Red. He was notorious for leading the Militia group known as the Purple Banner, a group of Tzalist agitators and revolutionaries responsible for at least 3 bombings and 2 assassinations. He was the most wanted man in the Gintem Confederation for several years until his capture and arrest in 4584 CY.
