Patscher Mårpånunooss (Tschintierst: p-cher-mr-p-nu-nós-fo-nonid) was an agitator and advocate for Tzalism during the X. He was notorious for leading the Militia group known as the Purple Banner, a group of Tzalist agitators and revolutionaries responsible for at least X bombings and X assassinations. He was the most wanted man in the Gintem Confederation for several years until his capture and arrest in X CY.
